Healthy Pet Food
I am a major pet lover and am always looking for the best food for my animals. News of this food came to me last year, and I checked it out and got a great read. Apparently animals live a lot longer on this food, because it contains no soy, wheat, or corn, and has lots of good nutrients. The stories of how pets have healed on this food is quite impressive. We have tapes on this, if you're interested. My only personal concern is that this is shipped to you via UPS, and their trucks get so hot in the summer months, that I don't think that could be good for the food. Normally I order it on a monthly basis, but before the summer months hit, I stock up on it – enough to carry me through until the fall.

They have recently created a wet food for cats which is far superior to regular store-bought cat food. The proportion of meat far surpasses other brands and makes this an excellent choice. I am now a big proponent of "raw foods" for animals, which come frozen and can only be found at specialty stores, but if you are looking for good cooked, canned food, this company's products are worth trying.

Airsource® 3000:
I have been searching for an air purification system for a number of years that also puts good ions back into the air. I found this system recently and got an extremely high read on its effectiveness. It removes dust, reduces pollen, mold, yeast and bacteria levels. People can get major relief from allergy symptoms, asthma, and other breathing problems. It is quiet, has minimal maintenance, and is the least expensive to run of any units I've seen. It also covers a larger area than any other unit. I have been really big on clean, ionized air for many years, and have purchased units for myself that were big, clunky, noisy, expensive, and only semi-effective. This is a 100% whole food (plant-based) nutritional supplement and high quality trace mineral product. Prior to taking SeaSilver, I always took a large handful of vitamins every day. Healing Experiences I Recommend

An Exotic and Wonderful Healing Vacation—Hotel Terme Abanoritz in Padova, Italy

I am committed to a spiritual path of creating well-being and healing at deep levels—for myself and the people in my life. On this journey, I have recently discovered a wonderful spa in Italy, that provides healing and well-being on a number of levels. I went there for two weeks, came home transformed, and want to let people know about it.

What is special about this spa is the "acqua thermale," the healing thermal water that comes from the mountains, and the mud which is incredibly rich in minerals and has been proven to have anti-inflammatory, therapeutic properties.

I took advantage of their gym, aqua gym (working out in the pool with a trainer), and several massage and other physical therapies, and all benefitted me greatly. The food is unbelievably wonderful and extraordinary (having 5 fresh vegetables available with each meal was heavenly for me!), and the atmosphere has elegance and "old-world charm." It was an exotic experience for me because it was so far from my "norm"... and being family-owned, everyone at the hotel was kind and caring. You weren't just "a number."

The hotel is about an hour from Venice, so you can do some sightseeing as well, if you decide to go there. There is a lot to see and do in the area (although I was quite content to be at the spa for relaxing and healing). You can certainly do both!
