Getting off of Zoloft – from a metaphysical perspective

December 20, 2008

A new client recently showed up.  He had been using Zoloft for a number of years to help him to cope with life.  I went into his subconscious mind to see why he needed to use it, and found a variety of negative programs and energies (all of which had their roots in past life experiences) that were too unpleasant for him to feel.  He wasn’t able to shake the negative feelings and energies, although he had tried as much as he could, so it seemed like the best thing to do was to block them out of his awareness by using Zoloft.

This is certainly understandable, however, blocking our negative feelings and emotions keeps us from getting the lessons they are trying to teach us.  All of our feelings are there to help us learn and grow.  Admittedly it is sometimes painful to feel all that is happening within us, but it is no accident what we are feeling.  It  is important to continually look within and to release all negativity that no longer serves you. This is how I help people in my work, “Telepathic Healing.”

So, back to the Zoloft.  I googled “withdrawal symptoms from Zoloft” and found a number of pretty intense physical reactions the body can have.  In fact, one guy said that if he had known how hard it was going to be to get off of it, he would have decided to go into therapy instead, rather than take the drug.  I wondered if “5-HTP” could help with the process.  5-HTP is a naturally occurring amino acid, used to help people with depression, as it seems to increase the production of serotonin. (Serotonin is a chemical that helps maintain a “happy feeling,” and seems to help keep one’s moods under control, by helping with sleep, calming anxiety, and relieving depression.)  I have used if for years. I can tell that my brain works better when I take it.
I’m thinking that maybe that 5-HTP might mitigate some of the withdrawal symptoms…. so I “tuned in” to find out.

First I ask the question: “0 – 10…. taking 5-HTP could help someone wean themselves off Zoloft more easily and mitigate the symptoms?”

Then I get the answer:  “YES…..  98%.”  Then I got a particular “solution” for my client, which I’ll share with you.  (He’s a large man, so a smaller person may need a smaller dosage.)

“There is a ‘formula’ for decreasing the Zoloft and the amount of 5-HTP necessary…..  you will start with 5 pills of the 5-HTP…. for 3 weeks… then down to 3 pills a day for 3 weeks…. then only 1 pill every 3-4 days is all you will need.”

I get:  “go down 10 – 15% on the Zoloft every 10 days….. while doing the above schedule with the 5-HTP.”

Voila… minimal withdrawal symptoms.

I am able to do “applied kinesiolgy” at a distance, to tell what a particular person needs.  Again, the above recommendation was for that particular client.  If you would like me to test you, I can do that, to make sure what your body needs.  In addition, I highly recommend getting a personal clearing.  In clearing the negative energies and programs that made you want to take Zoloft in the first place, it will be much easier for you to get off of it, since those negative energies and programs will no longer be around to bother you.  Sometimes, such unwanted energies can be cleared quickly.  Other times, they represent LIFETIMES of old “stuff” that can only be cleared over time.  I do not offer an “abracadabra instant fix”… but a deep process of clearing the subconscious that helps you get better and stronger with time.

Getting off Zoloft is do-able.  You will also need to figure out how to deal with all the stuff you didn’t want to feel, that made you want to take Zoloft in the first place.  Only through feeling it can you heal it.  It may not be easy at first, but it is a process well-worth undertaking, as you will start to come back to yourself and become more connected to the powerful spiritual being that you are.
